  • This varies based on your needs; The core program is 6 months, built for holistic, lasting change. The shorter path is 3 months, for a specific, targeted shift. And for those who want flexibility, I offer individual sessions as well.

  • We meet twice monthly via Zoom for focused coaching sessions for the 3 and 6 month programs.

  •  I'm available via Telegram (a free messaging and voice memo app) and email Monday-Thursday, responding within 24-48 hours of your message (unless otherwise discussed).

  •  Yes, Zoom sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. While life can happen, to make forward progress towards your goals it is best to keep to the schedule we set together as much as you can.

  • Refunds available within 24 hours of enrollment. After that, all sales are final as we begin immediate work on your customized program.

  •  This varies based on your time investment. I believe in progress over perfection, you'll never regret what you tried, only what you didn't do. Building a business is a marathon, but we use an agile methodology with mini-sprints so you can generate income to sustain yourself long-term.
