Hi, I’m Nichole!
I built a thriving business, while learning how to actually enjoy it.
Growing up, I rarely had any hobbies and hard work was the only currency I knew. I carried that work ethic into my career, but somewhere between the long days and the longer evenings, I realized I was succeeding at the wrong version of the dream.
Yes, hard work matters, but not at the cost of my own peace.
When I knew I was going to leave corporate to start my own photography business, I wanted to make sure I gave myself permission to live life differently. This meant investing in support and embracing daily rituals to help me make the change. I leaned into the things I was passionate about such as yoga teacher training, holistic coaching, and the quiet practice of protecting my peace while building my business. That shift changed everything and it is the reason Empower Coaching was born.
I want more women to stop choosing between success and sustainability. When we work together, I combine strategic precision with intuitive coaching that is grounded in yoga philosophies, project management strategies, and lived wisdom; so that you can have time, money, and energy freedom.
Here is what I want you to know: Most people think they have to choose between being a ‘girl boss’ or being in their ‘soft girl era’. The key is practicing both with intention and I am living proof that it works.
